The Sydney Street Choir entertains thousands of audience members over the Christmas season
The Choir was so excited to have performed many times over this year's Christmas seasons, spreading their joy to thousands of audience members during December.
Performances included City of Sydney Carols in the City, Lights of Christmas at St Mary's Cathedral, St Patrick's Church, St Vincent's Ozanam Centre and Bridge Housing.
"It was amazing to see so many people enjoying our performances over Christmas - there was so much joy and appreciation from the audiences, especially given the difficulties over the last 2 years.", said choir director James Paul. "As an organisation, we have responded to the challenges of COVID really well, providing food, welfare support and online rehearsals for our members. But we are all ready to move on, and 2022 is going to be a big year for us."
The choir is planning 3 major events in 2022 - the Choir's 20th Anniversary Concert in Martin Place on March 16th, the 2022 Corporate Challenge and a tour to Brisbane in October.
